Lee Clements knows how to hit the ground running. From his first break into the profession of cinematography in 2009, Mr. Clements quickly rose from intern to camera assistant. He is now the owner and operator of his own production studio, The Road Less Travelled Studios. Quite a journey, considering it all took place in just a few years. Along the way, Mr. Clements picked up a variety of skills related to his trade, including photography, editing, lighting and video engineering. This wide range of expertise allows The Road Less Travelled Studios to offer a full suite of options to its clients. Whether it’s editing or cinematography they employ a hands-on approach to bringing an idea to fruition. Previous projects at The Road Less Travelled Studios include independent features and industrial training videos.
Before opening his own studio, Mr. Clements was a U.S. Army reservist, where he joined the 100th Army band, playing the electric and standup bass, tuba and bassoon. Once he took his first classes in cinematography however, he was hooked and hasn’t looked back since. He is looking forward to becoming a director of photography and work on feature films.
